Concert Memory

I had the pleasure of spending part of the day with Timothy B. Schmit for this show.I was working at my college radio station and met Tim at the band’s hotel, drove him to WNHU to do an interview, then took him to the sound check at Quinnipiac. I’m not so sure this was postponed from April 29. I have a pretty vivid recollection of Denny Jones, their road manager at the time, telling me that they had just flown in from LA the night before and that Quinnipiac was the very first show of the INDIAN SUMMER tour.

Michael Stanley band opened, I think. the only time I ever saw them open with ‘Good Feeling to Know.’ Rusty sang ‘Lovin” Arms very tentatively.
