Concert Memory

The band was dead.  Rusty and Paul’s voices were shot after too much touring- not to mention the venue was awful.  The crew backstage had no idea what they were doing, and one actually came out on stage and turned off Rusty’s amplifier.  Paul’s acoustic guitar broke midway through, and he had to use Jack’s.  The lighting was bothering Rusty and Paul (and they weren’t afraid to mention it).  The upside was the audience.  We had such an enthusiastic audience.  There were about ten people who got up and started dancing up in front of the stage during both ‘Good Feelin and ‘Heart of the Night.’  The band seemed stunned.  One guy was so drunk he bought four bottles of water and left them for the group at the front of the stage, during one of the songs.  The band already had so much water on stage anyway.  It was a very fun concert, but I doubt they’re gonna perform there again.
