Poco performs two concise tours before the departure of founder Richie Furay. The first month is an odd pairing of Poco and Yes, followed by dates with Frampton’s Camel. In the summer, after Rolling Stone publishes that Richie is leaving Poco, the band does a tour with the Mark-Almond Band and David Blue. With Richie Furay’s sudden exit in September, Poco spends a month of rehearsals, then the new Poco (The Fab Four) hit the road in November and stay there for the remainder of the year.
